Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Because our products are printed on demand, returns are accepted only for:
– Damaged items
– Defective prints
– Wrong item received

To start a return, please contact us at support@dumbcow.store with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the return is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.  
Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
