Production time typically takes 2–5 business days.

Once the production process starts, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Delivery times vary by destination:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external conditions.

Because each order is produced individually, we do not accept standard returns for size, preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We gladly replace items if:

• They arrive damaged

• There is a manufacturing or printing error

• A wrong item was delivered

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We reserve the right to correct any errors related to pricing, description, or availability.
